Our global partners are currently growing their offering within the analytics space and are keen to secure senior talent within the life sciences analytics space for their dynamic EMEA team.  This is a senior leadership consulting opportunity, which will allow the successful candidate to grow, shape and steer the business in a dedicated and dynamic setting within the life sciences. 

The Role

To develop core business within the health analytics space representing the current portfolio of solutions within this consulting space.

To win new business across the pharma / life sciences eco system, targets circa 2-4 M $

To leverage new business from current stakeholders/KOL’s and C suite level contacts.

To assist with the delivery when required on projects in the space.

To mentor, lead, develop and grow the relevant team.

To recruit and retain key talent within the space, alongside recruitment partners and internal talent teams when required.

To report to senior management on progress of delivery as well as new business with regular forecasting updates and pipe information / figures.

To continue to develop one’s professional standards by remaining at the forefront of industry standards through self-reflection, keeping abreast of industry news and current issues.

To be passionate about the combination of health efficacy analytics as a strategic tool for competitive advantage.

Your profile

At least 10 years’ experience within the pharma or life science’s consulting / solutions space.

Proven BD capabilities within a solutions or consulting capacity.

Strong leadership qualities with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to multi task with delivery and bd responsibilities.

Background in health analytics, HEOR, real world data consulting, research in quantitative capacity.

Happy to reside in Germany and travel extensively.
