New Products Manager Pharma
Our client is a leading mid-size pharma company with global reach and a strong product pipeline. In addition to their own well-resourced R&D capabilities, they also have a network of alliances and partners bringing innovative products to market across a range of therapy areas. For their new local office in Frankfurt.
In this exciting new role, you will be the strategic and operational glue that binds business development, market access and product management. Reporting to the Director of Health Politics & Business Development, you will take full responsibility for the early product lifecycle of a range of new products. Working very closely with national and international business development colleagues, you will define and drive market and portfolio positioning activities. You will also be a main point of contact for the European commercial team and work closely with the local and regional market access departments and will be a key player in future portfolio development and execution. Furthermore, you will have full responsibility for building and leading specialist project teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years’ experience in bringing new products to market. This will include a rock-solid understanding of marketing, strategic planning, market access, health politics and business development. You can show a track record of successful launch activity, preferably internationally. This may have been gained within a pharma company or as a consultant to the industry. You will be comfortable working between departments and will be able to quickly and effectively bring colleagues from different departments together to solve complex challenges. Fluent English and a strong educational background are prerequisites.
