Our global partners are seeking for a Partnership level new team member to join, build and grow their offering within Commercial Excellence and Analytics out in Switzerland. This opportunity offers the chance to join a world-renowned award-winning giant in their niche industry. Focus being on Life Sciences and Pharma industries at head quarter level.

The Role

• Main duties surround the heavy generation of new business, this role is at Partnership level and therefore requires the successful applicant to have proven BD capabilities and the ability to generate revenue of high net worth. $2-4 Million
• You will be expected to build, grow, mentor and lead the team with the assistance of Engagement Managers. Recruitment and retention are also key activities that will be expected of you.
• Client care and aftersales also make up for a key part of this role again working alongside and with the Engagement Manager on the delivery of projects also.
• This role has a global Head Quarter level focus within the field of Commercial Excellence and Analytics for pharma and life science industries.

Your profile

• At least 8-10 years of consulting experience
• Strong understanding of the global and regional pharma space in CH.
• Proven and significant BD capabilities.
• Background in Sales and Marketing Consultancy preferential, Analytics, Data Insights, Field Force / Sales Force.
• Ability to mentor, grow and build a team over time.
