Our exciting client who are a global niche consulting group focusing on multiple topic areas within the pharma and life science industry are looking for a Project Manager to sit within their global consulting team in Germany. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a well-known consulting firm at the forefront of the pharma space in their sector, to work autonomously, within a dynamic and vibrant team.

The role 

• To focus on the exceptional delivery of chosen solutions on client site. 
• To manage a delivery team of expert level consultants
• To continually self-improve by keeping up to date with relevant changes and new initiatives in industry. 
• To be actively involved in the recruitment and retention and mentoring of other team members
• To supervise on project work and training
• To act as an expert in an advisory capacity with clients and relevant stakeholders to the business

Your profile

• You will have at least 5 years’ experience within a consulting capacity within the pharma and or Life Sciences space.
• Educational background should be at master’s level in a scientific subject or business-related subject
• Fluency in German and English is essential
• Leadership experience is also essential and you will be a natural and charismatic leader
• You should have the hunger and appetite to be working in the forefront of science and display excellent communication skills with clients and team members alike.
