Your main tasks

  • Defining the marketing strategies for your product group area in collaboration with the Marketing Director and Management Circle
  • Development of convincing marketing initiatives and consumer programs using all marketing tools
  • Implementation and introduction of a transnational innovation project
  • Development of an in-depth market and customer understanding of the assigned brands
  • Identification and application of consumer insights to increase growth (at consumer, buyer and customer level)
  • Development of new product and communication concepts
  • Initiation of qualitative and quantitative market research and evaluation of results in cooperation with the market research department
  • Management of external agencies and service providers Responsible budget control for their own product group area with a focus on profitability, effectiveness and efficiency

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in economics with a focus on marketing
  • Mind. 4 years professional experience in the product management of a branded consumer company in the FMCG industry
  • Ideally experience in the creation of communication strategies and the execution in TV
  • Creative personality combined with conceptual strength and analytical talent
  • Structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Strong coordination skills, contact strength and assertiveness
  • High flexibility, initiative and creative will
  • Ability and joy to work in cross-functional teams of a European organization
  • Passion for FMCG / Food
  • Proper German and English skills and safe handling of MS Office
